I enjoyed reading about your pumpkin seeds. Tod...HI<br />I enjoyed reading about your pumpkin seeds. Today I experienced my first pumpkin carving ( I'm 46 and Finnish). I mostlygot the pumpkin because I like the seeds ; ) I used a dehydrator, no oil and no salt. After 2 hours on low heart they are crispy and great. I will eat them or use in bread.
